Duso’s Flat Pasta
- Bring 3 litres of salted water to a boil
- Add 1 package of Duso’s flat pasta
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. For Al Dente pasta cook for 2 minutes, and 3 minutes for softer pasta
- Drain and serve with your favourite Duso’s Pasta Sauce
Q: Should I rinse my pasta after it is cooked?
A: ONLY if you are par boiling and plan on heating it in the future.

A: Add 2 tbsp. to 3 litres of water
Q: Should I stir the pasta while it is cooking?
A: Yes, immediately after placing pasta in boiling water, stir gently for 10 seconds. This will separate pasta so it won’t stick together or stick to the bottom of the pot.
Q: What is the best way to add sauce to my pasta?
A: Drain pasta for 30 seconds, place back into cooking pot, and toss in 1 tbsp. of butter (optional), add your favourite Duso’s sauce and gently toss to mix together.
