Our thin pasta is made with 100% durum semolina – a hard flour with a higher protein count than regular flour. It gives pasta a great flavour and bite. The second ingredient is cage-free eggs, and we’re the only Canadian pasta maker to use cage-free eggs. The final ingredient is filtered water. It’s that pure and simple!
Duso’s creates amazing fresh sauces from our authentic Italian family recipes. Our Alfredo sauce is made using 100% true dairy – cheese is a critical ingredient here, and we carefully select only the best Canadian cheeses. Our tomato-based sauces are thick and chunky, and made from high quality, ripe tomatoes with no sugar added. And our pesto sauce is made using fresh basil – that’s why it is bright green and tastes so fresh!

We currently offer a full range of 100% organic pastas, and we are finalizing recipes now for egg-free and fully vegan pasta offerings, including plant based Mushroom Bolognese Ravioli and Vegan Three “Cheese” Tortelloni.
Our Founder, Mauro Duso, and his family moved from Italy to Canada in the 1960s. They brought with them their authentic family recipes, founding Duso’s Fresh Pasta & Sauces and opening our iconic first retail location at Granville Island Market in Vancouver, BC. With business booming, Mauro established our current production facility in Port Coquitlam, BC. Today Duos’s supplies retailers at over 800 locations across Canada with our locally made, authentic Italian pastas and sauces!
