This Premium, Slow-Cooked, Braised Beef can be paired beautifully with a simple butter sauce to compliment the au jus in the recipe.

 

Simply boil and drain the pasta as specified, then stir with butter, a little olive oil, and perhaps a dried sage leaf or two in a hot skillet for a minute or to taste.
