We recommend simply preparing with melted butter or extra virgin olive oil, but you can also pair this premium filled pasta with Duso’s Creamy Alfredo Sauce.

Place Lemon Ricotta Mezzaluna in gently boiling water for 6-8 minutes; drain and plate.


In a side skillet, with a little olive oil, melt butter and add minced or chopped Garlic, Prawns; stir for three minutes and serve. Capers and Salt, Pepper optional….
