1.  Sauté 5 of your favourite types of mushrooms in butter and olive oil.  Here we used shiitake, enoki, oyster, crimini, and shimeji.
2.  Cook 350g of Duso’s Fresh Fettuccine according to instructions on the package.
3.  Mix fettuccine and mushrooms together.
4. Serve with grated daikon radish, soy sauce, and a few drops of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
