Duso’s Fettuccine with a Medley of Mushrooms
1. Sauté 5 of your favourite types of mushrooms in butter and olive oil. Here we used shiitake, enoki, oyster, crimini, and shimeji.
2. Cook a 350g of Duso’s Fresh Fettuccine according to instructions on the package
3. Mix fettuccine and mushrooms together
4. Serve with grated daikon radish, soy sauce, and a few drops of olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste.
