Duso’s Butternut Squash Mezzaluna with Brown Butter & Sage

Serves 3-4 as a meal, 6-8 as a side dish.

This unique & colourful pasta dish is gorgeous to serve over the holidays as a meal or a side with poultry.  And, it is super easy, just follow these 3 easy steps.

  1. Cook ½ cup of salted butter over medium heat until melted then continue cooking for 5 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until butter begins to brown. Add sage and mix together. Set aside.
  2. Cook Duso’s Butternut Squash Mezzaluna pasta according to instructions on back label.
  3. Put butter sauce back on stove at medium heat for 30 seconds. Add cooked pasta and toss gently to coat pasta with brown butter. Plate and serve immediately.
